Dr. Velez to present a paper on the 5th National Conference on Digital Government Research. This May Dr. Bienvenido Velez, Digital Government Project PI at UPRM, will travel to Seattle to attend dg.o2004. His paper will present general information about the project and discusses some of the research topics.
